That usually involves us reviewing the terms of the signed contract, checking that contract conditions are satisfied, undertaking searches, exchanging transfer documents, liaising with a client’s lender and other solicitors and attending settlement for our clients.

This innovative system has the potential to streamline some of the physical processes ordinarily required in property transactions by introducing online settlements and rapid registration of land title documents.
