Aman Bargri

Aman is an experienced commercial lawyer and Chartered Accountant who combines his technical legal and accounting skills together with his business acumen to provide reliable guidance and support to business owners and operators.

He works with general managers, CEOs, business owners and directly with boards to help them structure, grow, protect and divest their organisations. He is highly experienced in the acquisition and divestment of business and business assets, structuring and governance, commercial agreements, and commercial property acquisition and sale.

Aman has particular interest in the health sector and has developed experience and expertise in this area – regularly working with clients who operate in this space, including not-for-profits and independent practitioners including Cardiologists, Anaesthetist, Dentists, Psychologists, Pharmacists and General Practitioners. In addition to health, Aman works with not-for-profits in other sectors including community and social services, education and research institutes, and religious organisations to assist them with structuring, commercial agreements, leasing and constitution reviews.
