Ben Blackaby

Ben is a highly experienced commercial and property lawyer, having worked in these areas for more than two decades in both Australia and the United Kingdom.

He provides commercial and property advice to a range of corporate and individual clients with his practice having a strong focus on all aspects of commercial, retail and industrial leasing and commercial and residential conveyancing.

Having previously worked in top tier firms servicing large institutional landlords and tenants, Ben has an intimate understanding of the commercial drivers of both parties in a leasing transaction. He is highly experienced managing large volumes of files – using best practice principles, precedents and service level standards to deliver high quality results in competitive timeframes.

Ben is recognised for developing trusted and longstanding relationships with his clients, which he has achieved by being accessible and providing reliable, consistent, commercial advice.

A resident of the Sunshine Coast, Ben is actively engaged in the local community and takes part in multiple local business groups.
