E-Lodgement of Survey Plans

In June the Titles Registry commenced electronic lodgement (e-lodgement) for survey plans.

wilson/ryan/grose is subscribed to the e-lodgement service, however, new titles registry forms will be required if you wish to take advantage of this service, including:

• Planning body approval;
• Registered owner consent;
• Plan cover sheet.

At this stage, e-lodgement of survey plans does not extend to Community Titles Schemes.
