Naomi practises as a lawyer in our Succession Law workgroup at wilson/ryan/grose Lawyers.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business degree and is a local to the Townsville legal profession, graduating from James Cook University.

Experience
Naomi has experience in representing clients at all stages during a Succession Law matter, whether it be Estate Planning, Estate Administration and/or Estate Litigation.
Her Estate Planning practice involves the preparation of Wills, Testamentary Discretionary Trusts, Letters of Wishes / Letters of Direction, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Superannuation Binding Death Benefit Nominations and Advance Health Directives. Naomi also provides advice to Attorneys regarding their role and challenges they may face.
Naomi’s Estate Administration practice includes both simple and complex estates and she provides advice to both Executors and Beneficiaries regarding Estate Administration matters and strives to provide practical solutions and advice.
She is focused on reaching a timely resolution to matters in a cost-effective way for her clients. Naomi provides advice to both Executors and Beneficiaries regarding their Estate Litigation matters, including settlement and mediation options.
