Sally practises as a lawyer in our Workplace Relations Law workgroup at wilson/ryan/grose Lawyers.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degree and is a local to the Townsville legal profession, graduating from James Cook University.
Sally is the President of Theatreinq.
Practising in all areas of employment law, Sally advises and represents her clients’ interests including:

- Anti-discrimination claims
- Sexual harassment claims
- Individual flexibility agreements
- Enterprise bargaining agreements
- Work health and safety
Experience
Sally is experienced in giving presentations to boards of directors, business owners and senior managers on their WHS responsibilities and liabilities.
She has developed WHS management systems for businesses, including the development and implementation of employment policies and contracts, workplace investigations and staff training including discrimination/bullying/performance management.
Sally also conducts legal audits of WHS management systems and advises businesses on specific WHS issues including conducting investigations and defending prosecutions, workplace relations law including unfair dismissals, discrimination law and bullying matters.
She is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Workplace Relations.
Sally is experienced in advocacy in the Fair Work Commission, Queensland Human Rights Commission and Australian Human Rights Commission.
